Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, like during sales or holidays, processing time and shipments may be delayed to 7-14 days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
*Please NOTE: Delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances in your area or any of our shipping locations are not the responsibility of Asesina Designs. Unfortunately, Express Shipping options cannot be refunded under these circumstances.
We try to keep our customers informed of any delayed shipping issues. However, if you need a status update on your order, please email us at info@asesinadesigns.com for an update.
Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays or other holidays that Asesina Designs is closed for during the year.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates include processing time.

Free Economy shipping on orders of $100 or more.
*Economy delivery is available for all U.S. addresses. APO/FPO military address deliveries arrive within 4-10 business days via USPS.
**Express & Next Day deliveries are not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and other certain areas our parcel carriers cannot reach.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Issues:
Asesina Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Asesina Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, or any delays due to the carriers during the high volume holiday season.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Asesina Designs will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Asesina Designs currently does not ship outside the continental US.
